Despite the score we had a great game against the lovely ladies of Marlow, a fast and furious game Sonning 6s battled hard.
With a squad of 16 our trusted supporter /coach/ shouts loader than Lynn .Kev, managed the subbing so everyone got a good hard run out.
Marlow came to the game confident with their 14-0 win from last week under their belts but Sonning didn't make it easy with some amazing saves from GK Lynn. Our defence was strong, great to have Larissa back, both Mellisa and Izzy put strong performances backed up by myself and Julie.
it was great to welcome Emma to the team and add to our fantastic Midfield . Lisa was a huge help and commanded the centre directing some lovely passes.
With the quick pace of Naomi down the wing, crossing in some great balls we were unlucky not score.
