Sonning Classics (well the ladies Over 35 team) have entered the England Hockey Cup competition for the first time at this age group. With the eligibility rules having changed so that you don't actually have to be 35 till 2015 and a number of players just entering this age group, we now have enough players to be in with a fighting chance.

Sunday 9th November sees Sonning take on Woking in the first round. The match takes place at the Army Astro in Aldershot (Princes Avenue, Aldershot, GU11 2LD) with push back at 2pm.

This will be a tough first round and any support will be greatly appreciated by the Classics. You might even learn some "old school" methods of play.
