Firstly, thanks to all for the massive £76 contribution to the wife's half marathon fund - most appreciated

This was a massive, must win game against our local rivals at the bottom of MBBO 3. We started off really well, aided by the fact that Henley had a few faces missing, and went a goal up halfway through the first half with a fine finish from Elliot (close range obviously) giving Toon the opportunity to bare his vest in celebration. We didn't capitalise on this and, once again, the Half Time team talk had the opposite effect with Henley waltzing into our D and levelling within 90 seconds of the restart.

This lead to some pretty intense Henley pressure for the remainder of the game with Sonning often pegged back into their half. However, we won a short corner in the last couple of minutes and Jacob took advantage of a good injection, rifling a long drag push into the bottom of the goal - cue another baring of the vest, girly screams all round and some very glum Henley faces at the end - Bliss!
