Available to new and current members on Tuesday evenings (from 21st July) throughout the rest of July and all of August.
This is available to ALL, no matter your standard of fitness - just come along and do what you can. Ladies start at 7.15pm and Men at 7.30pm.
So please come along to the club with some water, a shiny £1 and a hockey stick. The sessions will be on the grass area near the top of the car park to those who haven't been before.
