Six home matches on offer this week, including both 1st teams in action simultaneously! Come down and support if you can!

First up this week are the Ladies' 2s, who continued their storming run last week with a 3-0 win over next-door neighbours Reading, which increased their lead at the top of the table to 4 points - though second placed Marlow have a game in hand, and this week's visitors Oxford Hawks 3s somehow have 3 games to catch up on and are currently undefeated.

11:30 sees the Ladies 1s take to the Reading sand based pitch, having had an unplanned week off last week because of the frosty weather. West Hampstead are the opponents for the second game running, though this time it's the 1st XI. In the reverse fixture, the Ning suffered a narrow 2-1 loss, so revenge is on the cards.

Half an hour later, the Men's 1s spring in to action. Having only taken 2 points from their first 8 games, they have managed to pick up 6 from their last 4 games, and now find themselves in 9th position, though are ties on points with the three teams below them. An opportunity to create some clear air to the bottom exists this weekend, with 11th placed OMT visiting the Doom Bar Arena. A thoroughly entertaining, if frustrating, 3-3 draw was played out last time, so it's a match that has the potential for plenty of goals!

The Ladies Vets were another team that saw last week's fixture frost-poned, but are back in action this week against a Banbury 4s team that currently props up the league. A 1-1 draw was the result last time the teams met, so the Vets will be hoping they can manage to grab that extra goal to get over the line this time around.

Having gone into the intra-club fixture agains the 2s with such high hopes following their early season triumph, the 3s will be hoping to put last week's 5-0 reverse behind them and get back to winning ways against a West Hampstead 4s team that they managed to beat 2-1 in the away leg.

Finishing things up are the Men's 6s, who managed will be looking to maintain their recent pattern of winning every other week as they take on local rivals Newbury & Thatcham 4s. A 5-1 defeat was the result last team the two teams met, but the 6s will be hopeful of turning that around this time out.

As always, every team will appreciate all the support they get - let's get behind all our teams and get plenty of points and goals on the board.
