A packed weekend with 7 teams playing at home, and the men's 1s hoping to contine their cup run

The first game of the day featuring a Sonning team at Sonning Lane is actually an 'away' fixture, as the Men's 4s take on our next door neighbours, Reading 3s at 10am on the Reading sand based pitch.

Hot on their heels are the Ladies' 3s at 10:30 on our own pitch, looking to get back to winning ways against Wokingham 2s, following a slip-up last time out against Slough, having navigated October undefeated.

Up next are the Ladies' 5s, who face a very tough challenge against an Oxford Hawks team that has won all 6 games so far without conceding a single goal, and scoring a massive 33 goals in the process.

Ladies' day continues, with the Ladies' 4s taking centre stage next against Bracknell 2s, who currently occupy the place below in the league - a good opportunity for the 4s to give themselves some extra breathing space!

The men get back involved next, with the Men's 5s looking to close the gap to visitors Oxford Hawks 7s, with the 3s then looking to get back to winning ways against Staines 3s on the Reading sand based pitch, after their first defeat of the season last week.

The final game of the day sees the Ladies come back to the fore, with the Vets facing off against Windsor 2s.

Whilst all of this is going on, the Men's 1s will be venturing further afield than they are used to; boarding a plane to jet off to Guernsey for round 2 of the NOW: Pensions Trophy. Guernsey are the defending champions, and have reached the final in 3 out of the last 4 years, so it will be a tough challenge, but one that the entire squad is relishing. Push back is at 2pm, and updates will (I'm sure) be available via social media for those who want to keep track of how they're getting on in real-time!

Good luck to all playing this weekend!
