Membership is due for the 2016-17 season

I hope you have all had a good summer and are looking forward to getting back to playing hockey.

It’s that time of year again when annual membership is due. This year, the fees remain unchanged (£145 for senior membership, £90 for Students/Under 18s/Uneployed) and fees are only payable via the website. We will not be able to accept any other form of payment apart from in very exceptional circumstances.

Attached to this e mail are some instructions and FAQs which will hopefully help you make payment.

It is very important that the club collects this membership money early in the season, so this year, we are enforcing a strict payment deadline of 30th September for existing members (31st October for new members). If fees are unpaid after this date, you will not be eligible for selection. This has been agreed with both club captains and will be strictly enforced even if this means cancelling games. So if membership is unpaid, not only will you be unable to play, you may also be preventing others from playing.
