This year, as agreed at the club AGM in May, the fee structure has changed slightly. Instead of paying separately for membership (£30) and training (£60), the two have been combined into a one off fee of £90 for the year.

This is due now and should be paid by the end of October at the very latest.

Note that the £10 discount on the training fee for a second sibling and £20 for the third still remains. So if you are paying for two or three siblings, the fee will be £170 and £240 respectively.

So there is no increase in the fees for this season, however, it is no longer possible to pay for training on a weekly basis. This is to reduce the amount of admin that this process created which had to be undertaken on a voluntary basis.

This year’s fees are payable only through the website. We will not be accepting payment by cash or cheque.

In order to make the payments, we ask you as the parent to sign up as a member to the website. This will give you access to all the club news, information and events and also allow you to make payments on behalf of your children.

Your son/daughter may also sign up to the website if you/they wish and this will allow them to see the same information, however, the payment has to be made by a member who has access to a bank account from which the membership payment can be taken.

Attached are some instructions on how to make a payment through the website. The system uses an external provider called Go Cardless to take the payment from your bank account. Go Cardless is a safe and secure system which the club used for senior membership payments last year with no problems. In addition, many other sports clubs are also now using this system.
