We need 5 baking volunteers please: the best bakers in town - players, girlfriends, boyfriends, husbands, wives, other halves, parents, kids all qualify so please email direct to volunteer your baking skills!

We will have 3 external judges making their decision on taste, appearance and texture.

The restrictions are £10 a cake - all ingredients must be bought for under £10.

We also need to pitch a mixed hockey team - so come on ladies and gents - what better way to spend a Sunday afternoon! All abilities are very welcome...

The mens cup games are also that day as well it will be a real sonning affair!
