AVVIO sponsor the Colts - Brand New Kit Top marketing communications company AVVIO (www.avvio.co.uk) are generously sponsoring Sonning Colts' section this season. Using some of the funds kindly donated by the Berkshire based company we have been able to buy two goalkeeper's kits, two sets of shirts (with AVVIO on them) and a whole load of equipment. AVVIO already have close links with the club, I am sure you have seen Senior Players and Coaches with the AVVIO name on their kit. We'd like to thank AVVIO for their continued support, and we're looking forward to thanking them soon in person at one of our events. Awards for All Sonning Hockey Colts' Section is celebrating this month after scooping up a £3,800 grant from the Lottery distributor Awards for All. We plan to use this money to help establish a regular series of matches with local clubs for our kids in 2006/07. Awards for All is a lottery grants scheme for local community projects, bringing lottery funding into local neighbourhoods. Grants range from £500 to £5,000. Everyone associated with the Colts’ section would like to say a big thank you to Kevin Mist, Club Chairman for organizing our successful application. |
